We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer who treats code as a craft and takes pride in quality. We’re looking for a professional who knows how to build and scale large systems, and who is genuinely eager to bring AI into production-grade software.

For this, we need a developer who knows how to keep functionality solid even when the unpredictability of language models is thrown into the mix.
What we expect from you
- Proven full-stack experience: You’ve already earned your stripes in the industry and built large systems that hold up in production. You care about code quality, understand scalable architecture, and Node.js and TypeScript are in your toolkit.
- A strong interest in AI: LLM APIs, agents and multi-agent systems fascinate you, and you want to learn how to turn them into production-ready solutions. Previous experience with AI implementations is a plus, but not required.
- Technical pragmatism: You understand that good systems come from considered choices, not hype. You’re ready to dig into how hallucinations, latency and token costs are managed as part of the system architecture.
- Cloud and infrastructure skills as a bonus: We value familiarity with AWS, Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools. Experience with Azure and Azure AI Studio is also an advantage.
- Finnish language skills: We work and document mainly in Finnish.
