Terms of Service - Supervoima Solutions Oy

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Supervoima AI Evaluator software, applications, AI agents, websites, and related online services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Supervoima Solutions Oy, a company registered in Finland ("Supervoima," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Statement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The Services

Our Services encompass a range of AI-driven tools, software applications, and expert consulting designed to help businesses leverage artificial intelligence. Specific details, scope, and commercial terms for bespoke professional services will be defined in a separate written agreement.

3. Disclaimer on Use of Artificial Intelligence

You acknowledge that our Services utilize and are based on artificial intelligence and machine learning models.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Outputs generated by the Services may be subject to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI-generated content is probabilistic and should not be relied upon as a sole source of truth or a substitute for professional human judgment.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of any output from the Services before use or reliance.
• No Liability for Outcomes: Supervoima expressly disclaims all liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or accuracy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our IP: Supervoima retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including all underlying software, technology, frameworks, models, and know-how.
• Your Data: You retain all rights to the data and information you provide to the Services ("User Data"). You grant us a limited license to use your User Data solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Services.
• License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable separate agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat your User Data as confidential information and will only use and disclose it in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Statement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Supervoima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, to use the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any dispute, controversy, or claim shall be finally settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
